CAD On request

STEP models in: checked, healed, and meshed watertight.

cad check finds what is wrong with a STEP file (gaps, open shells, faces turned over, short edges) and says where each defect is. cad heal repairs it CAD to CAD, sewing faces written apart into closed shells, and writes STEP again. cad mesh meshes a STEP model watertight, every triangle within a chosen distance and angle of the CAD surfaces and tagged with the CAD face or body it came from; with -size it remeshes into well-shaped triangles for simulation, keeping every CAD face and its borders, and with -quads into quads, every face a quad on the exact surfaces, meeting conformally across CAD edges. cad primitives finds the planes, cylinders, cones, spheres and tori a part's faces lie on, with their sizes.
