Download
Betti is one executable with no dependencies. Each release has an archive per platform, holding the executable and its licence, and a SHA256SUMS file to check them.
| System | Processor | Archive |
|---|---|---|
| Linux | x86-64 | betti-v0.20.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz |
| ARM (64-bit) | betti-v0.20.0-linux-arm64.tar.gz | |
| macOS | Intel | betti-v0.20.0-darwin-amd64.tar.gz |
| Apple silicon | betti-v0.20.0-darwin-arm64.tar.gz | |
| Windows | x86-64 | betti-v0.20.0-windows-amd64.zip |
| ARM (64-bit) | betti-v0.20.0-windows-arm64.zip |
Check the download
Download SHA256SUMS into the same folder as the archive, then:
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing
On macOS, use shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing. Each archive you downloaded should report OK.
Install
Unpack the archive and put betti (betti.exe on Windows) in a folder on your PATH, for example on Linux:
tar xzf betti-v0.20.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz
install -m 755 betti-v0.20.0-linux-amd64/betti ~/.local/bin/betti
betti version
Then see getting started. Core commands work straight away; the other modules need a sign-in.
Betti was called edgewise up to v0.17; v0.18.0 is the first release as Betti. After updating, sign in once again with betti access login.
Betti is free for non-commercial use: personal use, teaching and academic research. Commercial use is not offered; see licensing.
